The Pathways at Overland Security Staff is on site Monday thru Friday 6:45 am to 4:15 pm throughout the school year (excluding most Cherry Creek School District holidays). Most after-hour events will also be staffed, including weekends.

Access to Pathways at Overland is restrict​ed to Cherry Creek District employees, currently enrolled Pathways at Overland students, and approved visitors. All visitors are required to check in at the security desk prior to continuing to any other part of the property. Visitors must present a valid photo identification and be cleared through the RAPTOR system before a visitor badge will be issued. The main entrance is located on the south side of the building by the flagpole.

Parking

Items left on the Pathways at Overland property are sometimes brought to the Security Office. Articles of clothing that are not a pathway uniform will be kept for 30 days and then donated. Other more valuable/personal items will be kept until the end of the school year.

Pathways at Overland ends the academic school day at 3:30 pm. Students involved in supervised clubs and academics, may remain on school property until the completion of their activity. All other students must be off of school property by 4:00 pm. Loitering on school property is prohibited and will be referred to the appropriate administrator or Arapahoe Sheriff's Department for consequences. Students may use collaborative spaces for study and research purposes after school until 4 pm.​

The Cherry Creek School District is committed to creating safe, supportive and welcoming learning environments for all students. This emphasis has resulted in a Comprehensive Safe Schools Plan that addresses physical safety/security and the psychological safety of students.
